Licenses

The following licenses are available at the Barton Town Clerk's office:

Marriage License

To apply for a marriage license one or both parties must appear in-person and be 18 years of age or older or be accompanied by their legal guardian. For sentimental reasons many couples choose to appear together in order to have both signatures on the license. You may apply for a marriage license at the town clerk's office at 34 Main St. in Barton. The fee for a marriage license is $60 which does not include any certified copies. Certified copies are $10 each.
